As internet privacy advocates, we do not sell, share, transfer, copy, lease or otherwise reveal your information to anyone, ever.
When you Login with Google, the only personal information we collect is your name, email address, and profile picture associated with your Google account. If you grant us access to your Gmail Labels and Settings, we only store the Label and Filter data that were created using Mailsort.
If there are significant changes to the service we provide, or something related to your account, we'll email you about it. We might also invite you to join our other products as we incubate them. You'll always be given the chance to unsubscribe from our marketing emails, though we hope you'll filter our bulk mail to a label and read it from time to time.
We only use Strictly Necessary cookies to identify your browser on repeat visits and to keep you logged in. Aside from Google Login, and the Gmail API for Mailsort, we don't use any third-party services, analytics, or tracking systems of any kind.
We may change this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the amended terms to this Privacy Policy. The new Privacy Policy will be effective immediately once posted, so please check back periodically to keep up on it.
We store your personal information and filter data as carefully and securely as possible to prevent access by anyone except for you and Gmail. Code Bug's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
To close your account, go to the Account page via profile pic and click Delete at the bottom. You'll be given a warning page in case you mis-click. When you close your account, your personal information along with the label and filter data will be de-identified and hard-deleted immediately, completely, and permanently.
We are compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
Email us at hello@codebug.com and we'll email you back as soon as we can.
